The term “The Inspired Oracle”, “We” refers to Jenny Marie trading as The Inspired Oracle. “Client”, “Consumer”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the businesses Terms & Conditions. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and Jenny Marie trading as The Inspired Oracle or either the Client or Jenny Marie trading as The Inspired Oracle.

“Our Website” refers to the entire computing hardware and software installation that is or supports this Website.

“Your Website” refers to the entire computing hardware and software installation that is or supports Your Website.

“Services” refers to any services and products we offer for sale on Our Website unless stated otherwise. “Events” and “Courses” refers to any events or courses provided for sale on Our Website.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Business’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Queensland, Australia. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same License unless otherwise stated. The Inspired Oracle and/or it’s licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on The Inspired Oracle. All intellectual property rights are reserved. TERMS OF SERVICE

No persons under the age of 18 years may purchase Services, Events or Courses. If you are under 18, please ask your parent or guardian for help with your purchase.

We shall accept your order by email confirmation. That is when the contract is made.

We cannot guarantee that every Service, Event or Course on Our Website is available. If at any time a Service, Event or Course becomes unavailable, we will immediately refund any money you have paid. Our refund will cover the period of unavailability and not any period for which Services, Events or Courses have been available.

If we owe you money, because of the above or any other reason, we will credit your Paypal account as soon as reasonably practicable but in any event no later than 5 business days from the date of your order.

Price and Service Provision

It is possible that the prices may have increased since being posted on Our Website. If that happens, we will not provide the Service, Event or Course until you have confirmed that you wish to order at the new price.

All Services, Events and Courses are billed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment for Services

Full payment for Services will be required either prior to your appointment by Square, or on the day of your appointment with cash, if done so at the clinic in Miami. All online, phone or email Services need to be paid by Square at least 24 hours prior to the Service.

Payment for Products

Full payment for any Products including Downloads are paid at time of purchase by Square.

Payment for Events & Courses

Full payment for Events and Courses held on the Gold Coast will be required either prior to the Event or Course by Square, or on the day with cash.

Courses require a deposit to be made by Square to secure your booking and cover any resources. Refunds of deposits for Courses will not be made by The Inspired Oracle, however they can be transferred to someone else or used at future Courses.

Any online Events or Courses need to be paid in full by Square at least 24 hours prior to the Event or Course, otherwise your booking will be forfeited.

Discount Coupons

Discount Coupons are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or regular sale price. Only one Discount Coupon per person is allowed. Discount Coupons can only be used once.

Bookings

Bookings for Services are by appointment only through the Service Booking Form. Bookings for Events and Courses can be made through the Events Booking Form. These forms are available by link on the web pages dedicated to individual Services, Events and Courses, in the shop on the individual Services, Events and Courses for sale, and on the footer of Our Website.

You will be able to choose the best days and times for Services and a representative of The Inspired Oracle will contact you by email or phone (Australia only) to confirm and finalise booking times and details.

When booking for Events or Courses on the Gold Coast, confirmation of your booking will be made by email or text message and details emailed to you.

Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected situations can come up and appointments may need to be rescheduled.

If you need to reschedule please contact us either by phone, return email or the Contact Form on Our Website and we will do our best to organise a time that is suitable for both of us. Please note cancellation/rescheduling fees apply if you provide less than 24 hours’ notice (see below).

Last Minute Cancellations & No-Shows

Life happens and we understand that. If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible! Please remember that your appointment time has been allocated especially to you, and all appointments require some preparation time. Please be respectful and provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel/reschedule, as this will also allow other clients in need of care a chance to book in.

Fees apply if less than 24 hours’ notice has been provided.

Fees:

  • Less than 24hrs notice when cancelling/rescheduling will be charged 50% of total session price. (For example, a $100 session will incur a $50 fee)
  • ‘No-show’ (not showing up to your appointment & failing to get in touch prior) will be charged the full session price (i.e. $100 session will incur a $100 fee).
  • If you have already paid for your session in advance, you will be promptly refunded minus the above cancellation fees.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. Depending on how late you arrive, there may not be enough time left to complete a full session. Regardless, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of the appointment you scheduled.

Refunds

Due to the intuitive nature of the Services and Events, on occasion we will need to cancel because of illness or personal problems that interfere with intuition. This ensures you always receive the best care possible. A full refund will be provided in such cases if any session has been cancelled by The Inspired Oracle and cannot be rescheduled within 5 business days by either party.

If in the case there is a lockdown in your or our jurisdiction and you are unable to make it to the Gold Coast for your Service or our Event or Course and you or we are unable to reschedule or it is inconvenient to change to an online or phone Service, we will refund your money.

If you have paid in advance for your Service and cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you will be promptly issued a full refund.

If you provided less than 24 hours’ notice you will be refunded minus any cancellation fee (please see above Fees).

No refunds will be given for any Events or Courses paid in advance. These funds however can be transferred to someone else or used for future Events or Courses.

Refunds will not be provided for any Service, Event or Course after the Service, Event or Course has been provided. (Please see below for Dissatisfaction with Services)

Dissatisfaction with the Services

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, contact us immediately and tell us:

  • Exactly why you think we have failed
  • The date, if relevant, of the failure
  • When and how you discovered the failure
  • The result of the failure
  • Your suggestion as to the action we should take to resolve the situation and restore faith in us.

To do this, it’s important that you contact us by return email or through the Contact page on Our Website.

DISCLAIMER & CLIENT’S CONSENT

By participating in any Services, Events or Courses with The Inspired Oracle, you accept the following and acknowledge that in no way is Jenny Marie trading as The Inspired Oracle liable or responsible for any adverse effects from Services, Events or Courses and that The Inspired Oracle is not responsible for any information shared and how it is perceived by the Client.

On occasion a Client may experience what’s known as a ‘healing crisis’. This occurs when a healing is felt on such a deep level that the toxic residue needs to be fully released before the Client starts feeling better. This can include anything from pain or emotional upset to feeling off balance. This normally corrects itself within 3 days.

You must inform The Inspired Oracle if you at any time experience any physical, mental or emotional discomfort which you consider to be out of the ordinary during or after a Service, Event or Course. We can therefore assist in rectifying the level of discomfort.

Intuitive Healing, Intuitive Distance Healing and other healing sessions provided by The Inspired Oracle can aid in relaxation and stress reduction. These Services can complement medical treatment, and relaxation and stress reduction can aid the body to heal itself. Multiple sessions may be required to reach a level of relaxation that allows the body the best chance to heal itself.

The content on Our Website, and all Services, Events and Courses used to complement any other practice and any information received are NOT a substitute for or intended to interfere with medical, legal, financial, relational, career or specialist diagnosis and treatment provided by any medical, legal, financial, relational, career or specialist professionals.

It is strongly recommended that you contact medical, legal, financial, relational, career or specialist professionals about your specific concerns as in no way is any information provided to be used instead of or in place of a professional opinion.

You are responsible for your own participation and well-being. Some information given can be confronting and upsetting. If you do not wish to continue at any point in time, please let The Inspired Oracle and its representatives know and they will take appropriate action.

You willingly and knowingly assume for yourself, your heirs and legal representatives, all risk of physical or mental injury or emotional upset which may occur during or after this Service, Event or Course and you hereby agree The Inspired Oracle is not liable for any damage, loss, cost or expense, arising out of your participation during the Service, Event or Course.

Whilst all care is taken when handling guests safety and property, no liability or responsibility will be taken for injury, loss of, or damage to property before, during or following a Service, Event or Course.

Any damages or loss created by the Client or their associates/friends/relatives made to the property of Jenny Marie trading as The Inspired Oracle during a Service, Event or Course will need to be rectified or sufficient funds paid to Jenny Marie to cover such damages or losses.

No Guarantees or assurances are given and Jenny Marie trading as The Inspired Oracle will NOT be held accountable for any interpretations or decisions made by recipients.

Testimonials and information presented in Our Website are based on individual Clients’ experiences, and act as a guide only.

We or our content suppliers may make improvements or changes to Our Website, the Content or to any of the Services, Events or Courses at any time and without advance notice.

You are advised that Content may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. We would be grateful if you could bring these to our immediate attention.

We give no warranty and make no representation, expressed or implied, as to:
